DF95 Mid Week Handicap

It was pretty much drifting conditions at Risdon Brook dam yesterday. Only four races were completed on a reduced length course.
 
Rod Viney and Mick Rowley have been interested spectators over the last month and so it was great to see them on the start line today. Mick sailed the club boat and Rod his own new DF95. Welcome to you both and sorry we couldn’t do much about the wind!
 
Third place today went to John Hall who pretty much always features on the podium of DF95 events.
 
Count-back decisions have been regularly featured in Wednesday sailing events this year and today first and second were tied on 8 points  a-piece. Phil Jackman got the nod from Ian Hey by having a race win in his mix. Congratulations John, Bodge and Trout.
